“There’s no drug around quite like what I found in you… I still can’t feel my face….”
focus.Focus.FOCUS!
Dear Mankind,
Today was a very productive day… I guess. Went to work for a wack ass 3 hours. Yes, 3 WHOLE hours! What kinda shift is that you ask? It’s really a waste of gas, but I shouldn’t complain. People are losing their jobs left and right and I can’t be nothing but grateful that I have something to go to. But annnnnyyyyywho, I have two HUGE exams in the morning. Have I been studying my buns off like I should? Of course not! I don’t know exactly what it is… it’s like I CAN NOT focus! Whatever it is that’s distracting me must get solved asap… especially since my PCAT is right around the corner. Moving on, I noticed that I don’t study well at home (don’t even mention the library. That’s a big can’t do) , I either end up watching Grey’s Anatomy, on Facebook, Youtube, or I fall asleep. Or sometimes I compromise with myself saying I’ll wake up at 3am and study until it’s time for me to leave, but who am I fooling. It never fails. Or shall I say it always fails. So today, I decided that I was going to study at Panera Bread once I got off from work. I love Panera Bread, it’s in walking distance from my job,the food is tasty, and it has this study-like atmosphere. I think it was the soft jazz they play that really got me. So I gave it a world, and I actually got some work done… until my phone started blowing up (smh me and my social life). The moral of the story is: I’ve found it, the location of successful studying… it’s Panera Bread! Whooop whooop!
Yeppp,
